Who it is for

Four trades, the same chain of proof.

The needs differ depending on whether you execute, place the orders or host the equipment. The chain does not: a request, a job, a proof, an invoice.

01 · Execute

Telecom subcontractor

You work for several clients, each with its own deadlines, report formats and demands for proof. Your margin turns on two things: the number of trips avoided, and how long it takes to get paid.

What costs you today

Work done and never invoiced. Invoices challenged for want of a signed order. Trips repeated because the part was not in stock or access had not been arranged.

What the platform changes

The order signed on site gates the closure. Work closed but not invoiced is visible. Part availability and access instructions are known before departure.

Core modules: operations, proof, commercial, stock.

02 · Place the orders

Operator

You run a network and a set of contractors. Your difficulty is not getting work done, it is knowing what was done, by whom, within what time, and whether the service invoiced matches the service rendered.

What you are missing today

A site history you can trust. A measure of delay the contractor does not dispute. Visibility on the sites that fail every other month and on what they really cost.

What the platform brings

Every site carries its full history. Delay is measured under the paused-clock rule, so it stands up. Activity reports are produced from the signed orders.

Core modules: sites and assets, oversight, procedures.

03 · Host

Tower company

Your towers host several operators. Every visit, every access granted and every power incident has to be traced, and rebilled to the right customer.

The difficulty specific to the trade

One site, several customers. A power outage affects everyone; work on one antenna concerns only one tenant. Cost allocation is done by hand today.

What the platform allows

The job carries its customer and its contract even when the site hosts several. Access granted and power incidents are traced at site level, rebilling at ticket level.

Core modules: sites and assets, commercial, administration.

04 · Power

Power operator

Generators, rectifiers, batteries, solar. Preventive maintenance and breakdown response follow the same logic as the rest: an instruction set to apply, values to record, a proof to get signed.

What is specific

Preventive work is calendar-driven and planned far ahead; breakdowns arrive unannounced and take priority over everything. Both consume the same teams and the same parts.

What the platform allows

Preventive visits are placed on the schedule and carry their check sheet; breakdowns slot in with their priority. Real team workload accounts for both.

Core modules: scheduling, procedures, stock.

And if it is none of the four

The question is not the sector, it is the chain.

If your business consists of sending teams to scattered sites, applying a procedure, bringing back proof of it and invoicing it, the platform concerns you, whether you do fibre, video surveillance, industrial refrigeration or infrastructure maintenance. Tell us your trade and we will say plainly whether it fits.

See the platform run on your own cases

An hour is enough: you open a request, assign it, close it and print the signed work order. Then we look at how your operation fits in: your customers, your sites, your contractual deadlines.
