Frequently asked questions

The questions we get asked before signing.

Direct answers, including when the answer is “not yet” or “that depends on you”. If yours is not here, ask it.

Does it work with no connection?

Yes. Field mode works out of coverage: the technician opens his round for the day, consults the site’s access instructions and history, ticks the procedure, enters his readings, takes his photographs and gets the work order signed, with no network. Everything syncs automatically on reconnection, back at the office or as soon as a bar reappears. If dispatch changed the ticket in the meantime, the technician’s entry is never lost: it is added, and the record moves to “needs arbitration” for a project manager to settle. The rest of the platform is written for a slow and intermittent link: light pages, nothing loaded from outside, nothing waiting on a third-party service to render.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the number of users, the modules switched on, the number of entities and the scale of the data migration. We do not publish a price list, because a figure taken off a page means nothing until we have looked at your operation. Pricing comes after scoping, and it is firm.

Where is our data hosted?

In Europe by default, with a provider named in the contract, with a database dedicated to your company and daily backups. No two customers’ data lives in the same table. Hosting in your own country or on your own infrastructure is possible on request: we look at it case by case and tell you what it changes before committing. The detail is on the security and data page.

We already have our own procedures and statuses. Do we have to change them?

No, the opposite. Statuses, types of work, equipment classes, contractual deadlines and procedure sets are all configuration. We start from your rules; if some turn out to contradict each other during scoping we will say so, but we do not impose ours.

How long before it is running?

Allow one to two months between scoping and the start of a pilot on one team, then four to six weeks of pilot before wider deployment. Those durations depend above all on the state of your existing data and on how available your lead contact is.

Our technicians are not comfortable with computers.

That constraint shaped field mode more than any other. The screen opens on the day’s round, most urgent first; there are three buttons: go, call, start. Recording is done by ticking a list, not by writing prose. If a technician needs more than half a day of training, the fault is in our design.

What devices are needed?

A recent Android phone or iPhone for the field, a computer or tablet for the office. Nothing to install from an app store: the platform opens in the browser and can be added to the home screen.

Does it replace our accounting software?

No. The platform produces your quotes, your invoices and your payments, and tracks what has been invoiced and what has not. It is not an accounting package and does not claim to be. The export format your accountant expects is set up during configuration.

We work in several countries. Is that catered for?

Yes. One organisation, several entities: each sees its own scope, management sees everything, and the partition is enforced at the data source. Shared reference data, equipment classes and procedure sets, can be common to the whole organisation while customers and sites stay specific to each entity.

Is the interface available in English?

This website is bilingual. The platform interface is in French; an English version is planned. If English is a prerequisite for your teams, say so during the consultation: it changes the schedule, not the feasibility.

Can we give our client access?

Yes, without creating an account for them: a signed, time-limited share link gives access to a specific report or work order. Permanent access with an account is possible if it becomes necessary, but we rarely start there.

What happens if you disappear?

Your data is handed back at any time in a standard format, with no exit fee, and a reversibility clause is in the contract. The platform installs on ordinary hosting, with no proprietary service in the critical path: another provider can take it over. We build nothing on lock-in.

Why is there no customer name on this site?

On principle, and it is a commitment that concerns you directly. Our customers run sensitive infrastructure: the map of their sites, their contractual deadlines, their incidents and the names of their clients are not sales material. We publish neither their name, nor their logo, nor their figures, and you will get exactly the same treatment. What we show is the software, and we put it in your hands rather than asking you to believe a testimonial.

See the platform run on your own cases

An hour is enough: you open a request, assign it, close it and print the signed work order. Then we look at how your operation fits in: your customers, your sites, your contractual deadlines.
