Proof: what gets the invoice paid.

Between a job well done and a job paid for, there is a signed document. It is the only object that the customer, the client and your accountant all read the same way.

The work order, handed over on site

It carries the request, the site, the work done, the parts fitted and the procedure ticked. It is signed with a finger, on the phone, in front of the customer’s representative, at the end of the visit.

  • Technician’s signature and customer’s signature, both timestamped
  • Reservations written out in full when a critical point was not validated
  • Printed or handed over digitally, with no extra software
  • A layout legible in black and white, on an office printer

At a distance

Electronic signature, when the customer is not on site.

A quotation, an acceptance certificate, a variation order: not everything gets signed at the foot of a tower. The platform sends the document for signature and records the signature status automatically, so the document changes state without anyone watching it.

  • Sent to the signatory straight from the customer record
  • Status returned automatically: signed, pending, declined
  • The signed document files itself in the customer record, not in an inbox
  • It can be chased without issuing a new document
Reporting

The monthly activity report, without reconstructing it.

By customer and by period: volumes handled, deadlines met, time spent, a breakdown of the work. It prints as is and is handed over in the operations meeting. It is built from the signed orders, so it does not get argued over.

What was done

The number of jobs by type, by site and by team over the period.

What was met

Contractual deadlines respected, and for those that were not, the reason and the waiting time attributable to a third party.

What it cost

Time spent and parts consumed, ready to carry into invoicing.

From proof to invoice

See the platform run on your own cases

An hour is enough: you open a request, assign it, close it and print the signed work order. Then we look at how your operation fits in: your customers, your sites, your contractual deadlines.
