Commercial: the quote, the job and the invoice are one record.
This is the part you never see in a field service tool, and the one that makes the difference between an operation that is tracked and an operation that is profitable.
From first contact to payment
-
Customer records
Customers, clients, contacts and people on site. A record carries its sites, its contracts, its jobs, its documents and its full history. When a customer calls, everything is under one record.
-
Projects
A site build, a framework contract, a maintenance campaign: a project groups work that is steered together. You track the progress of the lot, not just isolated tickets.
-
Quotations
A quote is built from services and parts already referenced. It is sent, chased, and signed electronically: the returned signature changes its state on its own.
-
Invoicing
The invoice carries what was done and proven: time spent, parts fitted, travel. Credit notes, payments and reminders follow. Nothing is retyped from a spreadsheet.
Retyping, and invoices you forget to raise.
One entry, once
The site, the customer, the type of work and the rate are entered once. The quote, the order and the invoice read them; they do not ask again.
Nothing lost between field and accounts
A job closed and signed but never invoiced is visible. It is the most common leak in a field operation.
The proof is attached
When an invoice line is challenged, the matching signed order is one click away. The discussion takes three minutes instead of three weeks.
Each module switches on or off
A subcontractor who does not invoice directly never opens invoicing. Modules you do not need are not shown.
On accounting exports. The platform produces your quotes, your invoices and your payments; it is not an accounting package and does not claim to be. The export format your accountant expects is set up during configuration: tell us which one.
See the platform run on your own cases
An hour is enough: you open a request, assign it, close it and print the signed work order. Then we look at how your operation fits in: your customers, your sites, your contractual deadlines.
